Word is Bond: Spelling Compassionate Boundaries

  • BreadxButta 788 Prospect Place Brooklyn, NY, 11216 United States (map)

"Walls keep everybody out. Boundaries teach people where the door is." - Mark Groves

When we struggle with being in right relation with others, gaps between intentions and impact can widen. Things that are left unsaid are buried deep and reappear later. What wasn't too deep suddenly feels like it's coming back to the surface of our emotional bodies.

Where can we set compassionate boundaries so that we can continue to be in alignment with our values? What happens when we have to draw a line and/or cut a chord?

Join us on the last New Moon of 2018 for an intimate space - part circle - part skillshare - on how to spell out our needs with the tools that we have and protect oneself.

When: Friday, December 7th, starting at 7pm
Where: BreadxButta, 788 Prospect Place, Brooklyn NY

RSVP: Contact to confirm your spot!
Exchange: $25 - no one will be turned away at the door due to lack of funds.

Bring something you wish to release, a journal and/or an offering for the community altar.
